Shipping Information

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING ORDER!
There are a wide range of methods of transportation services from surface transportation to overnight air shipments. We commonly use UPS, FedEx, and U.S. Parcel Post, depending on how you wish your order shipped.

Miners Incorporated does not charge handling fees. We try to charge our customers the actual shipping costs that we are charged by the carrier. Due to the variety of product weights and shipping methods, the exact shipping charges may vary from what is shown on your order form. Please note for heavier orders, please ask for a shipping quote.

If needed, you may request an estimate of the shipping costs prior to fulfilling your order. To provide us with your preferred shipping method, or a request for shipping cost estimate, or to advise us of a time constraint, you may use the 'Additional Comments' block found within the Order Form, or you can email, fax, or telephone your request.

Miners attempts to stock all items for immediate shipment. If a portion of your order is temporarily out of stock, it is Miners' policy to immediately ship as much of your order as soon as possible, backorder the out of stock items and ship the back ordered items as soon as available. However, should you wish to avoid the additional shipping charges involved in subsequent shipment of back ordered items, please indicate on your order that you wish the order to be held and shipped in one shipment.
