Guide for Using the Hydrogeologic Classification System

This easy to follow methodology of logging boreholes features both a Guide book as well as a Field Guide template.  The Template is a 6" x 8" opaque vinyl card printed on both sides.  There are 8 color chips ranging from grey to moderate red mounted to the card.  Sand/slot size, classification of granular materials and approximate slot size for naturally developed wells, range of hydraulic conductives, and a logging process flow chart are also printed on the card.
